Why you can study with confidence

The Bible stays in charge of the answer.

Let Scripture Answer is designed to help you read and follow the passages—not to replace Bible reading, speak for God, or force a preferred teaching into the text.

Let Scripture Answer

Scripture is the authority. LSA helps make the study path visible.

Six study promises

How LSA supports your study.

Scripture is the authority

Scripture alone is the basis for every answer. A denomination, commentary, tradition, or personal preference never outranks the Bible.

Context matters

A verse is read with its surrounding passage, speaker, audience, setting, and purpose—not pulled out by itself.

Relevant passages are compared

When another part of Scripture explains, supports, qualifies, or limits a conclusion, that passage belongs in the study.

Uncertainty is stated honestly

When the Bible does not settle a question clearly, LSA should say so instead of pretending to know more than the passages establish.

Your study stays private

Your notes, questions, and preferred wording stay connected to your account and never become evidence for another member’s answer.

Scripture is never corrected

LSA’s explanations can be wrong and should be tested against the passages themselves. LSA may clarify its own explanation after a deeper review, but it cannot revise, rewrite, or overrule the biblical text.

Before you see an answer

Basic checks happen first.

The first answer isn’t delivered until LSA has checked its Bible source, the quoted wording, and that the explanation actually connects back to the passages — and the full Scripture Evidence Trail behind that check is always open to you.

See how the evidence trail works
  • The Bible source is approved for use.
  • Quoted wording is checked against the source.
  • Key conclusions point back to Bible passages.
  • The answer includes context and important qualifications.
  • The answer says when a conclusion is not settled.

Your study remains yours

Personalization changes the experience—not the truth standard.

Personalized answers based on past studies are planned and are not active yet. If this becomes available, it may remember things such as how much detail you prefer or where you left off. It may never use your desired conclusion, denominational label, or repeated objection as proof of what Scripture means. Your saved studies are already kept today so you can return to them.

May adapt (planned)

  • Level of detail
  • Reading progress
  • Where you left off in your saved studies
  • Preferred display settings

May never adapt

  • Bible evidence
  • Meaning of quoted words
  • Certainty of the conclusion
  • Another member’s answer

For readers who want the details

Technical and privacy details

These details matter, but they should not stand between an ordinary Bible student and a clear explanation of the product.

Bible sources and translation limits+

You can currently read Berean Standard Bible in the Bible Reader.

Showing another translation’s exact wording requires permission from its publisher, and LSA studies still use the Berean Standard Bible (BSB) as their Scripture source.

New American Standard Bible 2020 is planned for the Bible Reader and is not available yet.

Showing New American Standard Bible 2020 requires publisher permission, and it will not be used as the Scripture source for LSA studies.

Side-by-side translation comparison is not offered. Each translation is shown under its exact edition name with attribution to its publisher, and being able to read it in the Bible Reader doesn’t give you rights to reuse its wording elsewhere.

Answer services and privacy+

Answers are checked before delivery for an approved Bible source, accurate quoted wording, and conclusions that connect back to Scripture. The Scripture Evidence Trail behind every answer is always open to you, at no extra cost.

What happens when LSA clarifies an explanation+

If an answer has an earlier recorded version, you can return to it in your study history. The Scripture Evidence Trail shows only the evidence and review state stored for the version you open; opening it does not start another review. Scripture itself is never edited or “corrected.”
