Plain-language billing policy
Purchases are final except where the law or the payment processor requires otherwise. Cancellation stops a future renewal and does not shorten the period already paid for.
Paid included credits reset every 30 days from the start of your subscription, not by calendar or billing month, including on the annual plan. Unused included credits do not carry over. Purchased credits do not expire while the account exists, but they can be used only while LSA Study is active.
